Economy line transformer. Lo Z, 3 pin, female XLR (Cannon-type) microphone input to Hi Z 1/4'' phone plug output. Also switchable to bypass transformer for use as a straight XLR to 1/4'' phone plug adapter. In-line transformers match your low impedance microphones to high impedance amplifiers and mixers. In-line transformers should be located as close to the electronic input as possible, so that most of the microphone cable is low impedance balanced.
