• All in stock orders with NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED shipped to the lower 48 states are eligible for free standard shipping, excluding oversized or heavy items. *
   
• Most orders are shipped UPS, but some smaller items are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service.
   
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern typically ship the same day except Saturday and Sunday. *

Shipping Policies:

• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only be shipped by air and are not eligible for free shipping.
   
• State side APO/FPO, International APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories can only be shipped U.S. Postal Service and required extended shipping time. Items over 70 lbs. cannot be shipped to these locations.
   
• Our distribution team strives to provide the most accurate, fastest shipping available. As a result some item may arrive in separate boxes, over several days at no additional shipping cost to you.
   
• Backordered items are typically shipped UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service at the discretion of The Guitar Syndicate. 
  

Expedited Shipping:

• Next Day, Two Day and Three Day shipping are available for an additional charge.
   
• Expedited shipping charges are determined by the total weight and destination of the product ordered.
   
• Expedited orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday.
